VT Flagship’s Training Technology Group delivers Technology Based Training (TBT) projects for a variety of customers including (but not limited to) the Royal Navy, BAE Systems, Royal Brunei Navy, Kuwait Naval School and the Sharjah Institute of Technology in the United Arab Emirates.

VT Flagship is proud to offer customers the services of a highly creative team that uses the latest software technology to produce and develop high end multimedia content to SCORM 2004 standards for training and educational requirements. The software developed by our Training Technology Group is accredited by TickIT which sets out to improve the quality of software and its application.

Using strict quality assurance procedures, the team design, develop and support both generic and bespoke blended training media and software.  We successfully deliver training projects for systems operation, maintenance and familiarisation, induction, leadership and management.

Typical projects include the development of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Electronic Performance Support Systems (EPSS), web based technologies and 3D visualisations.
