We offer a broad range of training, which spans onboard trades and disciplines to prepare personnel for life onboard either naval or merchant marine vessels.

Our partnering agreement with the Royal Navy gives us the capacity to deliver a unique brand of skills-based training.  A diverse range of programmes includes sea safety (for both naval and merchant ships), ship familiarisation and practical training delivered at sea, either for individuals or teams.

VT Flagship’s training solutions aren’t restricted solely to military organisations. We have an established merchant marine training capability offering STCW 95 and International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS) training courses. 

Our commercial customers benefit from receiving bespoke training in an RN culture, delivered by VT Flagship instructors who are either ex-RN personnel, or have been trained to the very highest RN standards.
