We already train Network Rail’s engineering apprentices at the VT Flagship Academy, situated in HMS Sultan – the largest military training establishment in Europe. Network Rail has invested £30m in this full time residential programme for up to 250 apprentices a year. The VT Flagship programme has been specifically designed to meet the exacting requirements of Network Rail’s industry.

In addition to delivering the training, we also manage the verification of the apprentices’ portfolios and work with Network Rail and the Learning and Skills Council to draw down government funding. Click here to find out more about our apprenticeship training programmes.
