Apprenticeships Training
Through VT Flagship, your apprentices can access unrivalled engineering training, a comprehensive range of bespoke equipment and world class facilities – all of which help them to reach their full potential.
Our apprenticeship training is highly specialised to give your apprentices the maximum benefit from their experience. With instructors that are either ex-Royal Navy personnel, or trained to RN standards, your apprentices will receive training that is delivered in a structured environment, by renowned instructors.
Spanning programmes that last between one and three years, our accredited apprenticeship training includes:
| |
• |
National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 2 Foundation Apprenticeships |
| |
• |
NVQ Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeships |
| |
• |
A Technical Certificate that underpins the theory behind the NVQ |
| |
• |
And additional NVQ units can be added on, if required |
Your apprentices will develop key skills in the functional use of numbers, communication and computing in order to meet the business needs of today. If required, we can also access funding for your training from the Learning and Skills Council (LSC), the organisation that exists to make England better skilled and more competitive.
VT Flagship delivers your exact apprenticeship training requirements and works with you to decide which qualification route your trainees will take. Offering qualifications that are accredited by Portsmouth University, Edexcel BTEC, City and Guilds or EAL, you can be assured that the NVQ and Technical Certificate studies your apprentices take are the right ones for both your organisation, and your trainees.
