VT Flagship adopts an Integrated Project Team (IPT) approach to managing our suppliers, which ensures that customers’ imperatives are fully understood throughout the supply chain. This integrated approach enables individual elements of service delivery to be developed and delivered, with due consideration for the interface between associated operations, thereby ensuring a ‘holistic’ approach.

Our supply chain partners are encouraged to work collaboratively together so we can deliver best value integrated support services to our clients. We ensure that incentivisation and gain-share mechanisms flow throughout our supply chain, so all parties are incentivised to provide a value-for-money holistic solution for the project, rather than individual elements.

We recognise that responsibility and authority go hand in hand and that risk should be the responsibility of those best placed to manage it. So we ensure that our employees, and those working for our supply chain partners, have the necessary competencies to fulfill their roles. We employ suitably qualified and experienced staff, and as an Investor in People accredited company, we ensure training and development requirements are identified and provided.
