Delivering construction and property management services for the Royal Navy is one of VT Flagship's key areas of expertise. We are able to undertake large scale, challenging projects, providing our customers with a complete service. We have delivered significant numbers of multi-million pound construction projects, on time and to budget.

Having won Prime Contractor status with the Royal Navy in 2002, we have since become a major provider of construction services for the armed forces, realising significant cost savings for the Ministry of Defence by reducing the cost of building, refurbishing and maintaining their estate.

We’re able to offer customers better long-term value for money by improved Supply Chain Management methods and the delivery of sophisticated and demanding projects. Our expertise spans:

Diversity is a welcome challenge for our construction and property management division with projects featuring modular, system build and traditional accommodation, as well as historic buildings, training facilities and medical or administration operations.

These include Project Warspite - the relocation of the Royal Navy’s Maritime Warfare School from HMS Dryad to HMS Collingwood along with the construction and operation of the new Royal Navy Navigation Training Facility. We’re also playing a growing role in the cost-effective provision of higher quality single living accommodation (SLAM) for junior ratings and officers across the MoD.
