We recognise that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is fundamental to the way in which we do business. We are committed to managing our business in a way which protects both our people and the environment. As a responsible business we take all necessary steps to comply with relevant legislation and manage our business risks effectively.

We are a business with a clear mission and shared values, which define how we operate. We encourage our employees to become involved with their local community and charities and support many charitable and social events through corporate sponsorship.

Health and Safety
We regard people as our primary asset and are therefore committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our employees, as well as our customers. As a minimum, we will comply with the required Health and Safety standards, but our aim is to exceed these, wherever possible.

VT Flagship is a member of the Hampshire Health, Safety and Environmental Group - a recognised focal point for high quality and cost effective assistance, education and training in health, safety and environmental protection.

Environment
We are committed to protecting the natural environment by reducing discharges to air, land and water wherever possible and applying the principles of sustainable development.
